Mission Statement

The Mission Statement of the Anderson Valley Community Service District Recreation Department is to provide recreational opportunities for all members of the Anderson Valley community. We are committed to supporting community venues, local recreational activities or projects when available. We encourage and support individuals and groups who want to offer classes or activities through the CSD’s umbrella insurance.

Meetings

Meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month. During school months, we meet at 4 pm at the High School Career Center.     In the June and July, we meet at 10am at Mosswood. During covid times, all meetings are on Zoom, meeting id= 245 263 9282.

Rap at the Park, Friday July 30, 6-9:30 pm

This will be an all age, free musical event. It’ll be open to all of the
community. The musicians are local rappers, singers, and poets. Call 707-272-4781 for details.

Fitness Class

Free fitness class at AVHS lawn and stage, 6-7 pm, M-F. Class continues until 10/31/21. Participants run laps on the track and then do Zumba dance exercise on the lawn and stage. Contact Mayra Mendoza at 895-3477 for more information.    kmck  2021-05-07
